A bit of music just came on -- Adagio for strings. It's a masterpiece, but just a shade heavy.
Anyway, what a downer.
After talking up Sophie on the merits of Neuromancer, by William Gibson, I realized I lost my last copy of the book in a little water damage incident while my stuff was in storage.
I happened to see a hardback, 20th aniversary edition sitting at the book shop tonight, so I'm going to go curl up and do away with Adagio for Strings.
Oh, and I got the beer. Call it the benefits of working hard.

Oh yeh? I'm lucky because I got to play with Rich from Commute, hey? I feel you. He's pretty damn talented.
