Very true, although to fly cross country on the cheap, you'd have to take at least two planes. The most exhausting domestic trip I ever took was from Detroit, landing in St. Louis to pick up passengers, then to Phoenix. Switched planes. Then from Phoenix to San Diego to pick up passengers again. Then from San Diego to Sacramento. Two planes, four take offs and landings, twelve hours. Only rivaled by a year later; Shannon to Dublin, then Dublin to Chicago, then Chicago to San Francisco. Two planes, probably a time warp.
