This month I've been to some places i've never been to, regardless of them being so close to where I live. I never really thought to go and see different places before but it's nice to see how things are a bit different in other places even if they are still pretty similar to what I'm used to. It's just nice to get away, so every weekend for the past few weeks i've been going somewhere new. I went to Southampton, Bournemouth and Poole for the first time the other day and it wasn't the best weather but it was still good. Southampton has a really cool metal bar to go to in the night, I wish there were more places like that nearer me. Most alternative clubs and rock bars I've gone to don't usually play that kind of music and it would be nice to meet more people that have the same interests as me in my area. I've also gone to Bath for the first time which is a more touristy/historical area but it is such a pretty place considering it's in the UK! Spontaneously went to Birmingham last week as I hadn't been there before either, I was actually there when my set came out. So I didn't even see what people had said about it until a day later! Also been to Bristol a few times but I used to do that all the time anyway so that was nothing new, I still like it there though.
There's still more to come, On Friday I'll be going to Chester to see some animals at the zoo. I'm still like a kid sometimes, I love animals and little things interest me! Then on Saturday I'll be in Northwich for @mitchymitch93 's 21st birthday celebration! Even though it's not his birthday for a week after :P Then in two weeks im going to be in Tenby for a week, which is in West Wales if you haven't heard about it. Just a small quiet town, I just want somewhere I can relax properly and get away from the cities for a bit! So that'll be good! I'm excited to keep travelling about to places and hopefully I'll explore somewhere further and also out of the UK eventually. Yeah I've been busy, I just love doing new things! :)
Been so happy lately, not been letting myself get bored for long and enjoying the summer. Things are going really well with the guy I'm seeing and I can see it going further soon. Crazy to think we met in college and were best friends, got on so well and were there for eachother, I didn't pick up on the fact he wanted me as more than that... then he just asked me out. I really didn't expect it but figured why not? I definitely didn't expect to fall in love with him and really didn't expect to have the chance to get back with him 3 years later. Everything that seemed so simple at one point now has so much meaning to me. Things are so different with him now than they were before, I admit things before were really bad. We were going through a bad time and took it out on each other, we ended up drinking a lot and I ended up with certain personality traits that could only be described as mental and depressed. He was there for me as much as he could be, but just couldn't handle it as well as his own problems. Then I moved away so that just solidified that we needed to part ways. Now we've grown up and become more experienced, We've admitted we had problems before that aren't there anymore. Hopefully things carry on going well and it works out, we've come so far and I don't want it to all be for nothing.
So yeah that's just my life update if any of you are even interested haha :)
I have lots of ideas for SG so don't worry i'm not going to get too distracted and leave you all!
