Sitting in my ridiculously pointless legal methods class flying high on my results from my Con Law paper (29/30) and dry erase markers, and being generally thankful that I finally have managed to get a wifi connection in this room. 13 weeks into this class, and it finally connects. There is a ton going on in my life right now, with about 95% of it ranging from somewhere between "good" and "fucking super". Unfortunately, about 1/3 of it is inappropriate to discuss in this forum, and the other 2/3 are in such preliminary stages that I don't want to speak to soon about them, or are just plain boring to the average reader. The best thing that I have to offer you readers is my proposed course selections for the Spring Semester. I am pretty stoked about it.
> Appellate Advocacy - Because I have to...I hope it doesn't suck as much as I expect it to.
> Constitutional Law II - Same professor I currently have for Con Law I
> Wills and Trusts - Same professor I had for Torts last year (I rocked the second semester of that course )
> Professional Responsibility - I have a crush on the Prof., whom I currently have for Corporations
> Federal Income Taxation - Hey, it could be interesting right?
> Sales - Should be a nice seminar setting, and a good review of the points which were glossed over in Contracts I & II.
And it is a toss up between:
> Negotiating & Drafting Contracts in the Entertainment Industry and
> Content Licensing
I would take both, but then my unit load would be ridiculous. Any thoughts?
