Hey out there!
So, a few changes have been made. First, as I've become comfortable and more or less established on the SG site now and for the future, I decided to change my profile pic from the Futurama clip (CITIZEN SNIIIPPPPPSSS!!) to an actual photograph of me. The photo is the mug shot from my profile with the company I'm doing copywriting for.
I have added some new photos, and will add some more after this blog is written. If you want to see them, feel free to check out my pic folders. Most of them are of my boys and girls (the animals), but I also have some very candid self-shot photos. I have some others, but I don't think I want to post them yet, because I'm replacing my missing tripod, and I believe I might post some better, higher quality photographs, or perhaps even an SB set (but don't hold your breathes waiting!).
I've also got a bit more acitve on the site. I'm writing longer blogs. I've been posting more topics on the group boards instead of just commenting (some of the topics did not work out, some have proven to be quite fun!). I've got a whole clutch of new SG friends including Jadeality, an exciting hopeful and one of the few SGs from Boise, Pygmy, a long-time member that I've taken much pleasure in getting to know in her blogs and photographs- I was terribly excited when she gave me the friend add, Riae an amazing, explosive, very active SG from France I believe, OlgaRain, another gorgeous hopeful, and possibly my furthest friend (she's from Kiev, Ukraine), MollySoda, a hopeful with a stunner of a first set which I personally think should go pink, and BetteJean, who I will gush all about at length in a few paragraphs time.
I wanted to share a bit of Tilly and the Wall with y'all. Some of you might have heard of them already, they've been on the music scene for several years now, but whether you have or not, I think you'll enjoy these vids anyway. And let me just say youtube is great: it's the best for finding stuff like this.
This is a great video, great song, and probably the best capture of the sound, the energy, and the anthem-style of Tilly and the Wall. You also get to see a ton of their percussionist (the tap dancer...yep, they have no drummer, it's all tap dancing).
This is a professional music video for their "Sings Song Along" song. It's kind of goofy, but it's a lot of fun.
This video is from some online magazine, and features a brief interview with the band members spliced into a really great live performance of their song "Nights of the Living Dead."
And this final video is from an appearance a number of years past on David Letterman, performing the song "Bad Education." It's a nice choreographed effort, and features the tapping and chorus sound more prominently than other videos.
And the last order of business for the day is to insist that anybody that reads this that hasn't gone to check out BetteJean's amazing photography immediately do so. I am a huge fan of her blog and her pictures. She is easily among the most talented and beautiful women on the site, the proof of which is in her photographs, which are nothing short of astonishing. Many will already know her as she is very active on at least one of the groups of which I am also a member, but those of you who haven't met her yet really, really should. But be mindful of your mind, lest she blow it out with awesomeness.
That's enough from me for now- I hope you all have some fun checking out some of the wonderful people, music, and photographs that I mentioned.
Cheers, and take care!

What does your something cola tshirt say? Haha, whenever I start topics they die really quickly, I think it seems like I mainly come to SG to irritate the pants off everyone! I'm enjoying the video. I'm a big fan of MollySoda's set too! And, ooh, BetteJean's photography is something ace!
