I'm kind of all over the place right now so forgive the jumpy blog....
I'm so aggravated by the Casey Anthony case. How exactly is it not considered criminal negligence to intentionally (or unintentionally, if you listen to her) mislead the people who are looking for your missing baby? Didn't she have a duty of care to disclose everything she knew? She's found guilty of falsifying statements to the police... Why would she do that? What aim would she have? I think that's called a motive.
I totally understand why they couldn't convict her of murder. It's fucked, but I get it. I personally believe she did it, and the jury probably does too... but they had no concrete evidence that linked her to the body... but couldn't they at least get her for criminal negligence for intentionally slowing the investigation?
I guess it's time for Casey to write a book about how she WOULD have killed Caylee.

On a lighter note, I guess...
So my boyfriend hurt his left index finger yesterday right? Supposedly it was swollen and throbbing etc... Well, I called him today and asked how it was doing. He says, "Oh it's fine since I drilled a hole in it."
O_o
He took a power drill and drilled a hole through his fingernail to release the pressure. I assume it looks something like a weird finger-vagina with an exoskeleton.
In other news, I've decided to go to Southern Decadence this year!!!! Sith has never been, so I'm booking a room at my favorite inn in the French Quarter. I can't wait to be overloaded with drag queens, feathers, glitter, and leather!

I went swimming earlier this week and I effectively cooked myself. I was as red as a tomato... now I'm PEELING!!!
