Sorry it's been soo long.
I haven't felt too talkative.
But, I have great news! We have finally found a place for the tattoo shop!!!
The lease isn't signed, but that's about it. As soon as we can, we'll post the address to the shop's website: www.spiritgallerytattoo.com

We're really excited.
Took longer than anticipated. A lot of landlords didn't want a tattoo shop in their space. <grumble> But we finally found one that saw eye-to-eye with us.

Well, ttfn, we have to go do more planning.
