ohhh, the pancreatic mork beasts, eh! they are what i would imagine would live in a world wracked with nuclear holocaust, they might look something like this , but would more closely resemble the demons of the holocaust in Akira Kurosawa's 'Dreams'

im guessing that they would be made up of the people who made the decisions leading up to the point of holocaust, tortured souls with no knowledge save that of the folly of their ways.
