I closed alone for the first time last night. It went pretty well. Doing it again tonight.

Have to go to the DMV today. Finally getting a new license. I couldn't when my purse was stolen because I had a big outstanding fine. Finished paying it off on Monday.

It's chilly today. I think it may be a "big comfy sweater" day for me at work.

You know how a little thing can make your whole day? My guy didn't call or text for quite some time because he was somewhere w/out cell service (which I knew). Overnight he texted me to say that all's well, and he texted a second time to say that he loved me & meant to put that in the first text.

Seriously, my life is awesome.
