So last night was fun at Visha and lu5t's place. Which would make today "overslept and was late for work 'cause I finally updated my gorram journal," but hey, these things happen.
Sadly, I have not mastered the art of inserting pictures into my journal, as I believe that takes some sort of online photo album, or possibly a live chicken and a rabbi. But let's see if I can hit some highlights.
I'm not sure how Visha's Finding Nemo plushies ended up as projectiles, but they did... amusing moment for the rest of us came when asreal, aiming for Astoria, hit vox. The whole room held its breath, waitin' for the hammer to fall. I must admit some concern for VIsha's plushies, as my own plush Cthulu has been subject to abuse at the hands of the G-Unit again recently. Thankfully, I don't think any harm was done, even when Chum the shark ended up in the sink.
When pictures were initally being taken of the group, rue_ and I ended up in some sort of Mexican stand-off. Each with our camera at the ready, each waiting for the other to back down, and asreal doing his best to disrupt the entire process.
That's it. Just remembered the riding crop photos, so with God as my witness I will find a way to post them. Someday, somehow.
In other news, the very best thing you can currently spend $5 on is Kung Fu Hustle at the Moviedome. Seriously, this movie is fantastic. If you think you'd like kung fu action mixed with Bugs Bunny level absurdity, check it out. Now! Right now! Turn off the computer and go!
Speaking of, I suppose I should get ready to project said movie. Hopefully I'll be back sooner this time.
