Today's word is "nebulous:" hazy, vague, indistinct, or confused.
For some nebulous reason, I'm bad at this lately. This "Update the blog" thing. I'm not sure why. Is it Facebook? Well, I am there more often, but it's not like I'm blogging there much, either... I think I've done one post that isn't one of the endless quizzes in the last month. Is life that uneventful without a show to be doing? Or have I just become detached from here, not feeling anything is worth putting down? I don't know. But hey, here's some stuff...
I need a new bed, that much is clear now. I have one of those Ikea beds where the mattress is held aloft on wooden slats. The slats have collapsed three times in the last month, no matter what solution I try. This is not a good time to need to replace my bed. I can only assume that that's why it's happening now.
There are too many nebulous things in my world right now, events or meet-ups that might happen at some point. I might still win that playwriting contest. I might have some DVD marathons coming up. I might be meeting up with my best friend from high school and perhaps finding out if there's a reason we haven't spoken in 8 years. Of all the nebulous things I want to happen, only one has thus far. It was a pretty good one, though. The problem is, I'd like it to happen again... and I have no idea when that could be. So we're right back to nebulous.
And that's the word.

Or for that matter, could you not just put the mattress on the floor until such time as it is more convenient for you to be buying a new bed?
