There are still two puppies left. I'm ready for them to go. Totally. Too much poop.
I got a new job. It pays more, it has 40 hours and full benefits. I start middle of next month. But now I feel bad about having to quit my current job. It's been nearly a year (I started there end of July last year), and while... Read More
You mean to tell me that my time is only worth 10-11 bucks an hour? Even if I did do something that was Psychology related (my undergrad degree) I'm still in the same price range.
10 an hour = 20800 a year. before taxes.
I have 11 years of working experience. $11 isn't even the most I've made. I... Read More

So Saturday morning the SGBlacks group had a get together planned. long story short, Akira, Goatfish and I waited for koala and Nefaria for like an hour before we finally went in to get seated. Real gentleman shit, like holding purses (which I also did later).
They finally showed up and good times... Read More
You know that rope flogger you first made me? Well apparently it has a name. It's called a naval cat. The British navy made and used them on ships for punishment.
Also, you can make a whip fairly easily and inexpensively. I bought my first whip from here. All nylon and they crack very well, actually. I was surprised. We had a single tail class and I learned a bunch of new moves that I want to practice so I had to get one.
I love my coffee/tea machine. It's soooo cool. The chai is really good.
Question...can I put regular coffee grounds in the filter? Can I put regular tea bags in?

I might have two sessions tomorrow. That's another $200 into savings. I deposited 600 one dollar bills today...and am owed $100 from my last session. So if all works out *crosses fingers* I'll have $900 saved this month. Plus there's a ton of change I have to cash. I'm thinking another $100.
This reminds me of the time I saved up $107 to get a Nintendo...with $2 allowance each week. I can save as well as I can spend
As soon as I pay off my credit and get chico and billie their shots (i shouldn't have to use any savings for that, but maybe) then I'll buy the ticket. I'm still holding out hope that I can get my dad to use his frequent flyer. Then I can still buy the corset, latex, whip, boots, or tattoo I was saving up for.
"Welcome back. To that same ol' place that we lauged about."

Anywhoo, I saw the mark at a coffee shop and we shoot the shit for a bit. I slapped on my best smile, told my lamest jokes, you know how I do. Then he excused himself to go to the bathroom. That's when I put strictnine into his burger. It took a good half hour to take effect but he was at home and I was long gone. A perfect murder indeed bwhahahahaha!!!!
i've never bothered looking for pre-packaged stuff, but i've got a recipe! i usually make a big batch of this stuff, then split it into little ziplocs and freeze it so i can just pull out a little at a time for frying.
There's an egyptian restaurant in SF at 41st Ave and Balboa; you could check if they have take-out, or are willing to sell you uncooked ta'miyya to fry yourself?
Soak fava beans in water to cover generously overnight.
The next day, drain the beans and place in a food processor with garlic clove and pure until ground. Add parsley; the green tops of the scallions; the ground cumin; the baking powder; the salt; and the fresh cilantro. Pulse and process until thoroughly ground and the mixture comes together. Turn out into a bowl, with your hands, and form into 2-inch balls. Flatten each ball slightly and roll in toasted sesame seeds. Place on a pan, cover, and refrigerate until you are ready to fry.
Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil in a saucepan to 365 degrees. Drop a few tamiyya into the oil and fry until golden brown, 5 to 8 minutes. Drain on paper towels
