my ex-boyfriend is back. his hair was longish and shaggy under an indiana jones style hat, and his eyes were bluer than i remember. how fucking trite. but it's true. i just wanted to hold onto him. i tried to keep my cool even though he has always been able to see right through me. i wonder if he still can.

last night i did some "stuff" and drank some wine and wrote part of the first chapter of my thesis. and i can't get the song "i might like you better if we slept together" out of my head. how telling.
