Happy Thanksgiving! AKA Turkey Day!

Unfortunately my paper writing is going well. I am totally done with 1 class and finished all hose papers but it doesn't help that in the other class I have 3 to finish. I hope your paper writing goes somewhat better than mine.

I am sorry that you feel down but it's totally understandable why. I'm sure you're family probably misses you regardless but obviously I don't know anything about the situation.

Good luck on the paper and try to enjoy at leas some of the break. Don't work too hard.

Daylight Savings Time is finally over!!! For a few months...

DST is so stupid...it doesn't save anything, daylight or enrgy...

The government just tells us to change our clocks for dubious reasons, and we just do it...

Well, really in the begining of all this DTS stupidity. The Government told the industry and we the workers and farmers just had to follow suit. Or be late or early for work, or appointments. We're forced to do it now.

Personally, I hate standard time... The next 6 months in Canada just seems darker....I wish we could stay DTS all year and never have to do the change.

Started my new Carpentry job today! The company seems great. They do good work and really seem to respect their employees. Right now I'm doing pretty moch what I've been doing for the past few years, but hopefully in six months I'll be in charge of my own projects.

OK, now I'm off to St. Paul to see some metal...

I got a new job. I'm not quite as lowly of a carpenter anymore. $3.50/hour more than I'm making now, plus a lot better benifits. Its exciting, but I'm kind of anxious about it because its a lot more responsibility than at my old job.
