Just when I thought no one cared, I get three comments. *L* Actually, to be honest, I've been sorta neglecting SG. My mind has just been elsewhere recently. It's hard enough to concentrate on now when I have so much to look forward to next year, let alone try to keep up with communities, etc.
In career-related news, I just e-mailed a presentation I wrote about my research to my advisor, who is going to be giving it to the semiconductor industry's best and brightest at this year's SEMICON West in San Fran next week. My name is one of two on the presentation. I'm excited but scared. Even more frightening is that I've started the process of applying to MIT. If I get in, I just hope I live long enough to get there, and don't have a heart attack on the spot.
In social and entertainment news, my love for the Boston area just keeps growing stronger as I make more friends there. Of course, they have also gotten me addicted to DDR, something I'm not sure whether to thank them for or to hold against them. Considering that's about the only exercise I get, I suppose it's good, but I can't say as I ever saw myself playing DDR. (And I've upgraded to Standard now! I'm not saying I'm any good at it, but I've eventually passed all the once I've tried with at least a C.)
Concerning the pictures I said I'd upload... I haven't forgotten. It's just a matter of getting the initiative to install Photoshop on this comp so I can modify them.
