The Laundromat where I do my Laundry has a service where you can just drop it off and pick it up 24 hours later. I never use it, but I see who does as I'm folding my own Laundry. They are, without exception, all white hipsters. Pleasant people it appears, but unquestionably white.
As I look around the room everytime I'm folding my whitytyty's I notice that the only other people that are doing their own laundry are either: Latino, Asian, Black. and me...as white as my whitytyty's.
In a totally unrelated statement: I like the word Corvair.

True, true - but I think Holden had the love deep down in his heart. I think he just always talked about everyone being 'goddamn phonies' to hide the fact that he was secretly compassionate/wounded ... god I love that book ... Thats my theory anyway - have to ask J.D Salinger I guess. I'm flattered that you put me as one of your favorites !
