Are you wondering what I had for dinner tonight? I bet you are.

Sunday Night:
Ground beef with cheddar, onions, apple and worschteshire (sp) sauce. Topped with slices of apple (fuji in this case) and gruyere on a whole wheat bun. Next time I need to use an apple with a bit more flavor. But for a first time recipe VERY good.
Tonight:
Penne pasta topped with chipotle pepper chicken turkey meatballs, plain marinara sauce and big big big chunks of garlic (mmm). Oh yes, and of course big ole pieces of parmasean reggiano.
Absolutely delicious.
