So where the hell have I been....
Friday I left to New Orleans picking kimmy up on my way. The drive was a lot longer than I though but damn it was worth it. After checking into the Hotel around 9:30pm, 11 hours later, Kimmy and I were off to the French Quarter to meet up with my net buddy Lila and her dad. The best part is her dad greets us with a joint. So after smoking a joint and meeting up with another friend gabe, he takes us out to dinner on Frenchman St. Such a nice location, not touristy at all, very chill to just sit and people watch.
Saturday we slept in.... till 3PM!!! After getting ready and driving down to the FQ since all the Taxis were busy, then driving around in circles looking for a parking space, we finally met up with AB and fuelman for dinner. Dinner was great, good times with good people. Then off to the highlight of the weekend Zoolu 10 at the palace theater. Ronni Size, Derek May and Dave Seaman!!!! Ronni Size kicked ass. Lila and I worked our way up to the front and just danced our asses off. The rest of the night was very bliss, just dancing and just relaxing enjoying the vibe.
So after the party Lila joined kimmy and I back at our hotel. NO NOTHING HAPPENED. I passed out for two hours then it was time to check out and pick up the other gabe (lila's boyfriend) at the airport. Gabe #1 picked us up and drove us to the airport. After finding Three [x] we were off to lunch at a local diner Gabe knew of, it kicked ass!
After our goodbyes kimmy and I set off for home. I finally dropped her off and made it back to Athens around 2am this morning. Four hours later i'm up for work and school.
So in the past 48 hours I've had 6 hours of sleep. Thanks to Gabe some Aderol kept me awake druning the drive back to Athens and i'm forever greatful to him. Comsuming Rip fuel, drinking Red Bull and chain smoking works wonders too.

Damn! I miss New Orleans bad! Mardi Gras is nothing next to Carnaval, though, and I'm not into flashing for beads. It's such a great city, though! Lucky you!
