I'm sore from work last night. We did more heavy lifting than usual and I worked out on top of that. But on a positive note, I haven't had anything but water to drink in going on a month now, I've lost 9 pounds by just doing that, and I'm starting to be a more conscious eater. I didn't realize how many calories I was taking in every day until I got an accurate and reliable calorie counter app. It's going slow but I feel that it might stick this time. Also, I've noticed a positive change in my heart by cutting caffeine completely out of my diet. My heart doesn't race from doing little things much anymore. Now I'll slowly cut back on calories and I'm going to start working on some isometric exercises so I can see my veins again and lower my BP. BOOYAH.
