actually.. according to "real" astrology.. it changes everyyear.. it depends on the positioning of the moon and the planets alignment.. so the people on the cusp.. actually have to find out what was going on during the year they were born. Or.. so Ive read. But according to the books Ive found, I am the last day on the cusp... during the year I was born ect. BUT almost all papers you find with the signs ect.. the 20th starts.... So.. maybe she researched it and foundthat during her specific birthyear the plantets and moon made her aquarius? I dont really know...
