For the first 6 weeks your nipples will be very sensitive. So when they do nip out from cold or other sensation it might hurt a bit. From my experience a lot of people have mini orgasms when they get there nipples pierced, but then again there are the people who think it is the most painful thing ever. It's about 60/40 respectively.

You will have to balance the need to have warm tits and not pressing on the piercing fro the first week or so. After that the irritation dims to a dull throb and only hurts when you get the piercings caught on something.
