Out Of Room
This isn't home anymore.
The walls remain,
The ceiling is there.
But the feeling is gone.
And that's what held it all together.
Empty halls.
Empty emotions.
Heavy hearts.
When did the movers come
And take my treasures away?
Now...a place to sleep,
A place to eat.
But nowhere to live.
And not enough storage space
For all of my sorrow and regret.
This isn't home anymore.
The walls remain,
The ceiling is there.
But the feeling is gone.
And that's what held it all together.
Empty halls.
Empty emotions.
Heavy hearts.
When did the movers come
And take my treasures away?
Now...a place to sleep,
A place to eat.
But nowhere to live.
And not enough storage space
For all of my sorrow and regret.
