Today was a better day, modeate pain level.Walked 48feetwith thewalker, hippain is flareing. Got my shoulder taped upand that heps. got approved for aqua therapy starting monday! starting to see the light at the end of tunnel. eally want the left ar to starresponding. Hopefull the aqua therapy will aid that. biggrin

might have to talk to my doctor about anti-depressants. feeling miserable. getting better slowly, too slowly for me, feel trapped. if it wasn't for my son, I would be  tempted to hit the big cosmic reset button(I belie in reincarnation. so deaths, just a reset button. I'll wakeup someone new... with a working arm &hand and a shitload less scars.
