Please give yourself a break. It's really hard to differentiate between who you were before and who you are now. There's no reason to be ashamed of your behavior because it's part of who you were, and being a parent should NEVER change who you are unless it's for the better or for the safety of your child. If it's not behavior that's hurting your baby, then don't worry about it. And, even so, remember no one is perfect.
Really give yourself a break.

You are so welcome. Having just seriously decreased the amount of alchohol I ingest, and seeing my tolerance level plummet, I'm so in touch with the feeling. Used to be just like you, I could drink a ton and not even have a hangover in the morning, now I'm at best 3 drinks is my limit or I start getting all silly and loopy. Or maybe I'm just getting older. **shrug** Either way Karen's psyched cause it makes me a cheaper date.

As for the job thing, that's not going so well and I think I'll not be hired by them. I'm updating now to fill all in to the drama.

That's the beautiful thing about SG. All us good people can at least get together and support each other, at least virtually.

Well, I hope your weekend is going well. Mine has been pretty good, though a bit on the lazy side. The weather has gotten warmer, so I spent a few hours out on the back deck with the birds (two cockatiels) who got to have an up close encournter with a woodpecker. They were not amused by that one.
