i just installed the new windows longhorn/vista. Its really pretty and the new ie is really fast. best part you can just do a double boot and not worry about messing things up to bad...

day after working out when you have worked out in awhile sucks. my body hurts. tonight i get to do it again and make other parts of my body hurt tomorrow..
