It might be selfishness but I would rather you stay in or near Vancouver.

I'll put out some feelers on the potential trades person out to my family. I am sure there will be someone interested and somewhat skilled in it. Course that will have to wait until I get back from the trip.

North Burnaby has some great places! I love that area along Hastings with the little shops & the Safeway.
Just try to keep this in mind when it comes to making choices in life: I've never been sorry for anything I did, I'm sorry about the stuff I didn't do.
