Last wednesday I began Mentoring and met Michaela, Laura and Sarah my mentees. All 3 are GCSE students who potentially could attain A-B grades but are only attaining D-E's. It was far scarier than I expected to be honest. Im back again this week and I have no idea really how to help them when it appears to be laziness thats holding them back
I also started working at River Island on Saturday, though to be honest Im a little dissapointed. It just seems really straight forward but every other task involves getting a manager. Im just used to being empowered...but hey, this was what I wanted.
Otherwise no real news. Im still not smoking but due to being skint Im also not leaving the house.

Really pathetic, but when I was doing my GCSEs River Island bags were THE thing to bring PE kits in. I eventually went and bought some item of clothing I couldn't afford just so that I could get a bag.
Any clue why they can't be bothered?
