Thats true, Johnny Cash does provide that extra bit of something that creates that redeeming quality. I liked the flick as a movie, but I wish they didn't label it a remake... Because it really wasn't that much like it's predecessor. But I know what you mean, theres nothin' like a flick with a hell of a lotta gore!!! I wish there were more horror flicks coming out that pushed the limits with real special effects gore, none of that popular cg... theres nothin like realism...
