So this Biggest Loser competition is coming along nicely. Since I started on the 4th, I've lost about 12 lbs. I look at myself in the mirror and I wonder how I ended up weighing 333 lbs. Not more than 4 years ago I was at my Army weight of 215. Laziness? Gluttony? All of the above?
I'm loving Lance Armstrong's website, Livestrong. It totally counts calories for me. 3 weeks without fast food and I already look and feell different. I'm ready to look like the old me again.
