So today it's time to share my new year's resolutions with you :) I know I'm late, but january is always my "joker" month haha.
1. Acknowledging & controling my impulses. Overshopping & overeating, mostly.
2. Eating more protein.
3. Going to the gym more regularly.
4. Meditating more often.
5. Taking those damn stairs at work.
6. Saving money for a new goal.
7. Trying to be less "in my head" and more in the NOW.
8. Stopping my "compare and despair" habit : everyone's different and that's perfectly fine.
9. Sleeping at least 30 minutes more every night.
10. ACTING instead of saying I will do this & that.
