We have annual reviews. Now these are normally held in January but here it is middle of February and I still haven't had mine. Not that big a deal but this is when we get raises and whatnot. It was supposed to be last Wednesday (Valentine's Day Eve) but got pushed back to next Wednesday and then I got this:

I moved [your review] to Friday 11:30am - if it's ok with you, I was thinking we'd do this offsite and I'll buy lunch (Bennigans or outback or something like that).
So I replied:
No problem. Hey, is this a "take her out to break up with her so she doesn't cry in public" thing?
He found it funny but I can't list his reply cuz it's a bit too work related. I should've added "Cuz I'll cry in public. Don't think I wont!"
Fridays are casual Fridays but I think the sales team is taking it a bit too far. Either that or they're thinking it's one month later than it is...
