Frank Mir is back and "recuperated" from his motorcycle accident and is soon to face Andre Arlovski.

As much as I like Frank Mir and respect him for his Ju-Jitsu, I think Andre is unbeatable right now. Ya...I said unbeatable. He's too much of a machine!!! (at least for now)
Ken Shamrock and Tito Ortiz are the next Utimate Fighter coaches.

It was so funny watching everyone try to hold back Ken from trying to get at Tito. So the drama starts!!!
Georges St. Pierre is still on top of his game.

And Rich Franklin knocks out Nate Quarry in the first round. People shouldn't talk so much smack.
