Ignore all that I said before, I'm over it. Suddenly everything is much better. Still upset he did the things he did...and the fact that he fucked up his flight and was stuck there an additional day...but he's gone now...and she and I have been talking and things are great.

In other good news I get $1800 back from the government this year.

Her ex-boyfriend boyfriend was supposed to come visit (from Seattle to NC) from Saturday until next Sunday, and while she had told him time and time again that he wasn't welcome, that they were broken up, all day yesterday we just held our breath hoping he wouldn't show up. Yes, I spotted that a lot of folks were saying she should just have turned him away when he showed up, no grey-area. I know from experience it's not so easy to do that - and the fact that one's ex still has issues/still is an issue is not necessarily any reflection at all on one's current relationship. Don't worry, it'll blow over.
