"I wish I could play little league now. I bet I could kick some ass."
"I like rice. Rice is great if your hungry and want 2000 of something."

So, my life has been pretty uneventful these past few days. Work, eat, sleep, repeat. That's it.
I did, however, get to eat lunch with an old friend of mine the other day. She used to have a heroin problem and was in rehab for a while, then she had to take these classes for a few months. She never returned my calls until a few days ago. She didn't want me to see her "like that." But, I was glad to see her and to see that she was at a healthy weight again. I love the girl to death, but her choice in men is what gets her in these situations. She's one of those girls who is only attracted to "the bad boy". I told her from now on, only date guys who you are unattracted to, cause those are probably the ones who are going to treat her great. I was half-joking.
Here's something that gets on my nerves. On the internet (and when I was in high school waaaay back in the day, reading notes and shit) I notice the use of the word "prolly" instead of "probably." This really irritates me for some reason. I think the main reason is because I wonder if these people actually think "prolly" is the right word. Because I see it so often, it makes me wonder. Typing "prolly" saves no more time than typing "probably", so I don't understand it's constant use. But, that's just a silly pet peeve of mine. Another pet peeve is the word "pet peeve" but that's a whole other journal entry.

My night wasn't much better. It's four am, I should be sleeping, but can't, and we went out to dinner tonight and had the creepiest waiter EVER!!!! God, he was scarey, and rude, and if the food wasn't so freaking awesome (it was soooo good!!!) I wouldn't ever go back.
So, nyerk.
