Various Thoughts Running Through My Head...

Just watched King of Comedy, with Robert DeNiro. Man, that's a fucked up flick. It was so tense and awkward, almost made you uncomfortable, and it had some great cinematography. How did I miss this for so many years? Scorcese is so fuckin' brilliant in everything he makes.
Check it out. I won't gaurantee you'll like it, but it's worth a watch.

So, I'm high for the first time in almost six months. I was a huge pothead back in the day. Senior year of high school, all through college, it was almost a part of my daily routine. Nowadays, I hardly ever see the shit, let alone smoke it. Good lookin' girl shows up with a joint, ready to smoke, and what am I gonna say? No? Man, I can't believe I used to get high so often. How could I constantly feel like this? I'm so paranoid right now, I feel like I should be in Reefer Madness.

The new garbage CD is great. If you liked any of their previous stuff, go out and pick this one up. It falls a little flat towards the end, but the very last song is one of their finest.

So, is it nerdy to admit that I'm extra-excited to see Star Wars III this summer? I have to admit the two previous movies have been lacking (but I will defend them to the bitter end, but I'll save that for another entry), but this one looks like it might rival the original trilogy. Who knows?

I'm not going to be so broke for long, I usually make pretty decent tips, and the past couple days at work they let me take tables and I've been cleaning up. Walked away today with forty bucks, and never had more than two tables at a time. I was only serving from noon to four, too. So, pretty cool. I aughta do pretty good.

"So, I wrote this really long update in my journal. It was basically my defense for the last two star wars movies, cause I just rewatched them and felt the need to put my views against the neigh sayers (sp?). But my computer froze just when I hit the update key. Yeah, I was pissed off."

First off..."neigh sayers", I'm soooo using that from now on biggrin I'm a horse freak, and that's just an awesome spelling. Did you watch Friends? Joey on friends once said "It's a Moo point." instead of moot point. Someone corrected him, and he said "No, Moo Point. It's like a cow's opinion, it doesn't matter." So now I say it all the time biggrin biggrin

Second, OMG doesn't it suck when the computer chooses to freeze???? It's ALWAYS after you've written out something really long, and you didn't have it saved. Stupid computers...

Yeah, my b/f is super excited about the new Star Wars movie. I guarantee we will see it as soon as it comes out. I'm enjoying the books now, I'm working on my second. Do you read any of the books, or just like the movies? I don't actually think I've sat through all the movies... oops...

And, holy shit... fucked up dreams!!! We could write movies based on our dreams. I thought mine were fucked up. Man, I wish you could've seen the werewolves that were in my dreams. SO much better than any movie monster I've ever seen. It was completely horrible and awesomely scarey. Good times...
