WISHlist
I had to start off with that because I found some cheap, vintage cameras on there that I am dying for!!!!!!!! They are so lovely!!
I cant wait until I have a beautiful collection of vintage cameras, of which to study, use if in working condition, and admire.
I have a really nice glass-door hutch that I refuse to fill with anything except vintage cameras, so for now it sets empty, but I cant wait to fill it!!!!!
help fill the hutch?
Also, I decided that I want to learn to sew! Well, I have wanted to learn for a long time, but I really want to now!
When I was a skinny mini starting college, I didnt like any of the trends, so I used to go to good will and find clothes I wanted to alter and then I would cut the crap out of them and sew them back together. I would buy old vintage glasses and pop the lenses out, i cut pant legs and sew them tight together (think skinny jeans)...so many people thought my "style" was odd....and the term ECLECTIC was used more than anything, but remember, even 5 years ago, eclectic style really wasnt something that was mainstream. Today, I see the things I used to do to clothes become so popular! Back then, I still didnt know how to sew (obviously) so I used a needle and thread and did it by hand. which, was exhausting and tedious.
If i get back into making my own stuff, I dont know if i will have the patience for that again!!!
hehehe
That photography contest I mentioned starts soon, so I will keep you all posted on how to vote when the time comes!!
how is everyone else in SG land today? Any news? Enjoying the weather?? I AM!!
love to all!!!

Did you know that Nikon 801s and F90s were $20 in working condition here? There are only a handful of collectible cameras that have demand exceeding supply, all the rest being yard sale stuff. That said, I could not resist a Kodak Baby Brownie a few years ago, so I ponied up 50 cents in a moment of enthusiasm. It's great fun telling proper photographers in complete seriousness that I have it, just to watch the confusion on their faces.
