My Choice for WCW is the great lady of classical French cooking Julia Child and not just because she's from my home town but for her many accomplishments, like her service in the OSS ( the precursor to the CIA ) during WW2. She taught people that the joy of cooking and eating are not two different things but two parts of the same experience
