@nonamenumberfive I saw a Bourdain quote that said if you haven't started your own place by 35 you're too late and I always thought that was bullshit but at 43 I am understanding that sentiment.  It is not dissimilar to people at my age having babies. Fuck that noise I was barely functional for that at 25.

@littlejohn22 I had a pretty bad run in South Dakota. It is a pretty raw, rough place. That also makes it very beautiful in places. The Badlands are really amazing just in how desolate and other worldly the seem.  And Mt Rushmore is worth seeing at least once.
