So for the last two years I have been half heartily doing a little yoga, nothing hard and never more then 4 days a week. Well as the summer work hours got longer (I am a cook ) and the stress of not know how long the funding for my autistic son would take to kick in ( he turned 21 this yr) I started to do less practice. Well I finally started to limp badly again (the reason I started practice as I have arthritis in both knees) I decided to go back to the 3 - 4 practices a week. Well after upping it to five in one week I decided to do Yoga with Adriene Yoga Camp. Well today was day 16 and other then the fact that the damp is killing my right knee, I feel great. I think I got this and will keep it going for as long as I can. Guess I like walking lol
