I think I finally figured out the rules to this new system of set submission! Someone posted a link to the New Model Guide in one of the Help threads. I had already glanced at it but I didn't get it til now.
What I thought was you submit a set to both staff and member review at the same time. That while staff is waiting to review the set, members can be in on the process. So I thought the set would be either approved or denied for member review within forty eight hours. That's why I thought my set was just a ghost, slipped through the cracks of consensus reality, never to be seen again by anyone but me.
I am an intelligent person, but sometimes I have special needs. I'm going to go read the New Model Guide again.

An aperitif is an alcoholic beverage taken as a prelude to a meal. I have to confess that the issue of condiments occurred to me as well, but I was reluctant to appear overly preoccupied with this slightly quirky feeding ritual so I thought better of mentioning it before. (How's that for non-judgmental?)
