it's sunday morning. it's grey and yucky again today. i sold my paiting for 500$ finally. i bought some nice clothes on friday afternoon (i took the afternoon off). i'm sad. i miss John. i feel cold and quiet inside today. he's leaving for New Orleans for work today. *sigh* have a nice sunday all.

So much stress it isn't even funny. Stress at work, stress i'm pushing on myself, nerves, worrying it's horrible. I have a constant knot in my stomach, i'm not sleeping well and have a constant headache. When I don't have a plan to follow I get nervous and stressed out. If you are actually sick, going to the gym won't help anyone. And exercising with PAINful shoulders may not be wise either. Stretch out, take some advil and a get in a nice hot shower.
