Hey..it's Thursday. Well Thursday is almost over.

I went to bed so late last night..like 2am! My next door neighbour came over and we had so much fun. Just talking, downloading music, and being stupid. He's tons of fun, and cute tongue But alas...he's girlfriended, oh well.

Nothing very exciting today...no deep insightfull thoughts for you, sorry. Well...just looking forward to a nice relaxing evening. Hope you are all well and happy... kiss

When I was in high school, I went into the hospital for about 6 weeks for eating disorders. There were anorexics, bulimics and compulsive eaters. (Obviously, I fit into the last group.) During that time we would as part of the therapy go to all kinds of 12 step groups, so I am somewhat an expert. It is almost rediculous. I have been to Overeaters Anonymous, Alcoholics Anonymous (it works for all addictions, just replace alcohol with what ever your addiction is), Codependants Anonymous, Alanon (support group for friends and families of alcoholics), Rageaholics Anonymous, etc. etc. So the answer is yes, I have lots of their cliches floating about in my head. White knuckling being one of them.

Next day you wake up feeling a lot better and happy about everything... is like a fuel injection...
