Picking five favourite SGs is insanely hard.
The Breaded and Stuffed Broccoli and Cheese Chicken in the frozen foods aisle at Superstore owns my soul. So good.
So this weekend I worked Animethon, at what I believe was the largest vendors' booth there, but I might be wrong, it might've only been in the top three or four. I've never sold anything in my life. Never been in retail, no fast food, nothing. So perhaps you can imagine my dismay when they first opened the doors and let the 'thon-goers in, especially since I was at the plush toys section, which was pretty much the first thing everyone saw as they came in the doors. There were a lot of squeals that sounded something like "PLUSHIES!!!!!!!!!!!111!!!one11!!".
Nevertheless, I stuck around 'til the end, including helping pack all the merchandise back up so they could ship it to Winnipeg for the next event. I guess the owner really liked me, because while we were talking at the end of the day yesterday, he gave me his business card and told me to call him if I ever get into trouble when I go on my exchange to Japan and he would fix everything, and then he asked for my phone number and email address so he could take me with them to Anime Expo in Paris next summer if he gets a spot in their Vendors' Room, because he needs someone who speaks French fluently.
Also, peach and mayonnaise shrimp is good, but weird. Like mangosteens:
, both of which I tried for the first time yesterday.
