Skin Is Not In
Imagine you were a fox. You are just chillin' in the forest with your 3 best fox friends minding your own business, not doing anything wrong. All the sudden your caught in a trap with your 3 best fox friends. One of your fox friends escape the trap by chewing off her own foot but, doesn't get to fair until she bleeds to death.
You wake up in a small cage with 3 other foxes. It's raining outside, your cold, your wet and you are scared because you don't know what's going on. All that you can hear is fighting, whimpering, the silence.
Someone pulls you out of the cage, and slams you hard against the ground! They slam you to the ground hard enough that you pass out for a shot period of time. You wake up upside down and someone is pealing off you skin with a knife. You kick, you scream, and you whimper, on one can hear your cries.
You have just been skinned alive but you are still alive
.
You are cast away, like a tissue, into a cage with a pile of lifeless bodies. With all your strength you open you eyes and you see all of your friends lying skinless and lifeless right beside you, as you are slowly dieing.
Every year millions of animals around the world are murdered for their skin for fashion. Animals such as Rabbits, Foxes, Minx, Raccoons, Coyotes, Bobcats, Lynxes, Opossums, Nutria, Beavers, Muskrats, Otters and other animals and even Dogs and Cats.
This is not fair at all. Who has the right to take away another living beings life for for their wardrobe? You don't see them killing us for they're s. Fur coats and other fur fashions show a symbol of allegiances but, there is nothing elegant about wearing another living beings skin and there is nothing classy about Leather-Face wearing the skin of his victims.
LIVING IN HELL
In these farms, the animals, are placed outside in small wire cages that often hold up to 4 animals. They are exposed to rain, the freezing cold, the scorching hot sun, and other "not so fun" weather. They are often driven crazy form rough handling, and intense confinement. Mothers animals have nowhere to hide while giving birth and will often kill their babies after birth.
SKINNED ALIVE
Before the animals are slaughtered they are pulled form their cages and thrown to the ground. Workers either beat them with metal rods slam them so hard to the ground causing broken bones and usually not an immediate death.
Animals are often still alive before the skinning process. They desperately struggle for their lives when the workers either hang them upside down by their legs of flip them onto their backs to skin them.
When the workers start to cut the fur off the animals legs they, stomp on their necks and heads while the animal is struggling for it's life.
Sometimes after the animal is skinned, it's still alive. When their fur is finally ripped for the flesh and over their heads, they are thrown into a pile of other bodies of animals who were skinned before hand. Dead or alive. Some animals live up to 5 - 10 minutes after being skinned.
I bet you didn't know that foxes are kept in cages that are only 2.5 feet square.
Minks are kept in cages that are only 1 foot by 3 feet.
Up to four animals spend there live in these cages. The wild animals caught for fur farm are caught in traps. Animals can live in the traps for days. One out of every four are trapped animals will escape by chewing off their own foot and will later die form blood loss, gangrene, fever, or predication. Imagine being one of the victims of a saw movie. That's similar to what these animals go through except they do not have the chance to survive. They are victims of fashion and the sad thing is if more people were 1. More aware and 2, Not so selfish, everyone would realize that there is nothing elegant about wearing someone's flesh. Believe it or not every year thousands of dogs, cats, and other animals are Crippled or killed by these traps.
DID YOU KNOW?
The workers in most of fur farms beat, strangle, and stomp on their animal victims to death in order to kill the animal without damaging the fur. Sometimes they will even gas, electrocution, poison with strychnine, or snap the animals neck. A lot of these methods sometimes are not effective and animals will sometimes wake up while being skinned.

While I'm no expert on the nature of fox interpersonal relationships, we do know that inflicting unnecessary suffering on a living creature is a sign of a deeply damaged psyche. I certainly like the idea of combating such tendencies.
