City Canoeing:...
I worked 3-12hr days, It was work !
I finished canoeing all the main waters in killsnake marsh, the rest of the side creeks in it will have to wait until the water level raises. Canoed the main river to the next marsh in the system, it's a bigger one and I've already planned the first trip into it for next week!
Thursday I decided for a change and put in at the marina on lake Michigan canoed up the river past the WWII submarine, under the draw bridges,through downtown and back.
It was amazingly different from the marsh, with tug boats, barges, bridges, factories, a cruise ship and wild life, to bad the car ferry was gone.
6" tall wildflower on the river bank..
My plan continues.
