got off work, went to new orleans, went to shreveport for a while to sort through all my damaged stuff, went to louisville for a bit to decompress, now i'm in houston getting ready to head back into the gulf for work.. just in time for another storm, oh joy


but, if all goes as it should i'll be back home in portland in november


house in NO wasn't destroyed, but between katrina and the rain from rita, it's uninhabitable.. mold on the ceiling all over, whe went in with a 27 foot truck and pack ut full in about 11 hours, most of which i was wearing a respirator, fun times
