Decided to break my fast today. 28 days with a goal of 30, close enough. I've lost 30lbs on the fast but that is just the beginning. The next couple days will be simple, fruits and salads before I start making the heavier vegan recipes I've been looking at. Proper diet with exercise for once and I WILL continue to shed more weight.
I must say though, your mind really does play tricks on you when looking into a mirror. I just found some pictures of me from after high school...DAMN. I had no idea how fucking huge I was (and probably still am). No sense worrying about the past, right now, it's more motivation for the future. I am looking forward to the day when I can post a before and after picture that shows a big difference.

A 30lb loss is an amazing start!!
