Bissy day yesterday... Bicycled to work an then home an then to school an back home.. An then went to the Gym at 9 at night.. My stomachs starting to look really cut I like it....Allot! biggrin

The stomach is the most annoying thing to keep looking good. I had some really well defined abs but then stopped working out for 3 months and my stomach just went flat again.
