So, I have decided It's time for me and the love to start working out a bit. I need your help, though!
We can't afford the gym right now, so my question is, what are your favorite weightless work-outs, especially for couples?
Neither of us have done much working out since high school, so we need to start off decently slow, then work our way to more difficult and challenging things. Eventually, I would really like to try aerial yoga, so if you have some ideas for good poses to help us get to that point, please let me know.
I am looking at this, not only as a way to care for my body, but also as something to do together to help my fiance and I bond a bit.
