so what happens now?
don't listen to John Kerry. this isn't the time to 'heal' and 'bridge differences' and 'unite'. in fact, fuck you, John Kerry. giving and abandoning what you know if right just because someone won one is NOT how a democracy works.
America spoke and threw its suport behind a conservative, pro-war, right-wing Christian agenda. dunno about you, but that doesnt represent me at all, and i'll never give in to them one tiny bit.

I think the Gandhi approach of civil disobedience will probably be the only way to stop them... (maybe) other than that, I think perhaps if enough of the population boycotted income taxes, that could make the government take pause (why should peaceful people have to foot the bill for a war that doesnt represent their wishes at all)

That's spot on--shrugging your shoulders and saying, "you won," is what happened in 2000 and it's what John Kerry is doing now. The only thing that gets us is another Republican President in 2008.
